Magic Fit is an AI-powered sizing tool for fashion ecommerce that delivers personalised size recommendations in two clicks. We recently partnered with NIQUE, a premium minimalist fashion brand on Shopify, and delivered a 30% AOV uplift.
The Brand
Founded in Melbourne in 1998, NIQUE is a modern minimalist label with womens, mens, and gender-neutral ranges. Price points sit between $150–$350 AUD — high enough that a shopper might think twice about whether they’re getting the right size or not.
NIQUE + Magic Fit
We worked with Nadia and Emma to deliver a Magic Fit UI which feels native to the brand and, most importantly, to their customer. Magic Fit only needs a few biometric inputs — height, weight, age (and bra) — to deliver personalised size recommendations in seconds.
No measuring tape, no brand-comparison questions, no friction.

A 30.7% AOV Lift
We compared Magic Fit orders vs ordinary orders for the month of March, 2026:
- AOV up 30.7% — customers who used Magic Fit spent significantly more per order, adding items when they trusted the fit.
- 29.7% conversion rate — nearly a third of users who started the Magic Fit flow went on to purchase.
- 17.6% order coverage — almost one in five orders used Magic Fit, without any change to marketing spend or product mix.
The results are clear, when customers know their size, they buy the whole outfit, and not just a single piece.
